Managed remote support is available for everyone from individuals to small businesses, to keep you, your computers, and your files up to date and safe from hackers and malware. Remote access is achieved through a secure script installed on your computer. We invoice through Stripe for fast and secure payment processing.
- Our managed service plans include a subscription to Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection & Response on each managed computer, to effectively protect against viruses, malware, and hackers. Malwarebytes EDR will automatically scan for threats daily, as well as providing real-time protection.
- No charge for Remote Set-Up. Onsite Set-Up is available at $75 to $125, depending on location.
Service available in Warren, Forest, McKean, Erie, Crawford, and Venango Counties in Pennsylvania and Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties in New York. Additional fees for travel outside of those areas. - Weekly or Monthly Remote Maintenance for Businesses.
Virus/ malware scan, optimization, and Windows updates. For small businesses, maintenance can be performed after business hours, if preferred. - Managed Services require a subscription.

Managed Services for Home Users with up to 2 manual remote scans per year:
1 PC – $10 per month or $100/ year
Additional PCs may be added at $5/ month or $50/ year per additional computer. (No additional remote scans included.)
Additional remote scans may be purchased at $25 each.
Managed Services with one manual remote scan per computer per month:
Up to 4 PCs – $25/ month or $250/ year per computer
5 to 9 PCs – $23/ month or $230/ year per computer
10 to 19 PCs – $21/ month or $210/ year per computer
20 or more PCs – $19/ month or $190/ year per computer
Managed Services with one manual remote scan per computer per week:
Up to 4 PCs – $40/ month or $400/ year per computer
5 to 9 PCs – $38/ month or $380/ year per computer
10 to 19 PCs – $36/ month or $360/ year per computer
